The "Night Walkers"

1.Those who walk around at night,displaying only a silhouette. These people often have no where in particular to go.

2.Dope feinds,crack heads, alcoholics, and panhandlers.

3.More of a nuisance of the streets.

4.Remember to give every now an then,if just to avoid the collective rage an frustration of the walkers.  They may turn on you, but passing them a quarter could save your life.

5.Beings that rule the outer realms of the inner streets,born in the year of (No Love) sub-human out spins..
