It dictates the latest novelties, fads, popular belief, concentrated thought, and counter-intelligence during peace time.

2. The topics that media outlets "agree" to push to the public due to the "public demand" that has been manipulated by Vril scientists.

3. Propaganda produced by those who are trying to manipulate large amounts of people simultaneously.

4. The most "contagious" behavior that is duplicated from music videos, reality TV shows, and social networking.
