Giving Your Lower Self Ego Parts a Voice
Throughout your many lifetimes, your soul has accumulated a great deal of fear within each of the 12 parts of your lower self ego. This build-up of fear, guilt, anger, hate, sadness, etc, needs to be acknowledged and fully expressed so that it can be released from your soul — and for this reason it is important to give each of the 12 parts of your ego an individual voice to express their fears, their build-up of energy, and their fear-based beliefs. It is a good idea to liken the 12 parts of your ego to 12 small children residing within you, who are lost, confused, afraid and angry. If you had a small child of your own who feared monsters were under his bed, you would not ignore him. You would sit down with him and ask him to tell you what was bothering him, and you would give him an opportunity to express his fears. If you did ignore him, his fears would become worse and eventually over time turn into paranoia. And this is what has happened collectively to the lower self ego parts over time. We have ignored them for so long, that their individual fears have turned into deep paranoia. Giving your lower self ego parts a voice is easy. Simply tune into the individual ego part — one part at a time — and become the energy of this part. Then write down on paper how you [this part] is feeling. Do not censor this part. Allow it to use any swear words it feels like using. The important thing is that it can "express" fully how it is feeling and release its build-up of negative energy through you. You may find the first time you give a part of your ego its voice that it has a lot to say and express. Use your own intuition to guide you how often to give each part of your ego a voice to express its emotions. A good indicator is to keep writing until you [your ego part] has nothing more to say.

After you give each of the 12 parts of your lower self ego an opportunity to express their feelings, highlight any beliefs or viewpoints expressed that you "doubt" to be true or accurate. For example, the angry-hateful part of your ego may say: "I hate everything in the world". Now there is a good chance that this statement is not accurate, that there are some things in the world that you do not hate, that you might even like or enjoy. It is now up to you to RE-DEFINE a new state statement that you know is accurate. This might be: "There are some things in the world that I dislike, yet there are other things in the world that I like and enjoy, such as...." In another example, the lonely-sad-depressed part might say: "Nobody loves me or cares about me". If you know this is not completely accurate, it is up to you to find examples of people who you know have loved and cared about you and use these examples to prove to your lower self ego that it is wrong, just like if you were a lawyer in court arguing a court case. Your past experiences are your evidence that you present.  Eventually when you challenge a large enough number of inaccurate beliefs your lower self ego has accepted as truth, your ego will begin to re-think its attitudes and beliefs and start to accept more balanced accurate views. Because you have "proven your ego wrong" in a number of instances, it will begin to doubt its belief that it is always right. It will then begin to rely less on its opinions and give up some of its control within you. It will be more open-minded to new information coming from you and see you more in the role of teacher and guide.
