Rosta Babe, also known to his friends and family, as Kevon Harris, started on the journey to his rap career at the age of twelve. He would battle with his friends and cousins over other rappers beats, to see who could spit the best lyrics. Kevon was not the winner of those battles and it took a loved family member to declare that the lyrics he was creating were garbage, for him to look at his goals and how he wanted to communicate with the world. His goal is to be successful enough that he has a voice in the world, so that he may inspire his fans and the young people he entertains with his music. Rosta Babe knows there are many ways to dull the pain of struggle and heartache, but the only true ways to heal a community and the people you love is by giving back, making a difference and sharing your pain with others so that they know they are not alone. It is his dream to lift up others with his lyrics and his success, while inspiring them to never give up on their dreams and to live their lives with no regrets.
