DEION SANDERS EX SENTENCED TO SEVEN DAYS IN JAIL, CHILDREN TAKEN AWAY

By Sam Turner

Pilar Sanders has been ordered to serve seven days in jail. The ruling came after her ex-husband Deion Sanders’s attorneys filed a complaint against her for not returning her children after a visitation as agreed upon by a divorce decree. District Judge Ray Wheless found Pilar Sanders in contempt and originally ordered her to be jailed for 30 days. The sentence was suspended and probated for a year but she was still ordered to spend seven days in jail as a part of her probation.

Pilar Sanders appeared in court without a lawyer or any kind of representation and alleged that she was being forced and threatened to take part in the proceedings, “I am not a part of the United States corporation,” she told the court. She did not have any witnesses and did not ask any of her ex-husband’s witnesses any questions, declaring, “I stand mute,” when asked if she had any questions for the witnesses.

Deion Sanders’ attorneys had filed three complaints, two of which were in relation to the divorce decree and the third accusing Pilar Sanders of defamation.

According to Deion Sanders’ testimony, the NFL launched an investigation based on allegations his ex-wife made on social media. He charged that his ex-wife’s social media posts were a threat to his livelihood as they were affecting his negotiations to get his contract renewed.  The judge ordered that Pilar Sanders should remove any social media posts that could be damaging to er ex-husband and also granted the motion to modify the divorce decree so that Pilar Sanders shall have no possession of her three children until further orders from the court.

Pilar Sanders stated that she did not recognize the court’s authority and when asked to give her name she said  “I am Pilar Sanders Love El Dey Allodial Moorish American.”

According to Deion Sanders’ testimony, his ex-wife did not return the children after her visitation for the summer expired on July 31 and he had to get an attorney who then got the children with a court order.
