CaliBoiTip is an artist from Oakland, California. His music has reflected the journey of many trapped in the cycle of the neighborhood hustle and flow. His efforts to release his biographic album titled "I" has been exceptional and not without obstacles. This album was recorded over a State Prison phone and features recognized artist such as "Uncle Murda" (Lenny Grant), "Suga T" (From 'The Click'), "Shooter" (From Love and Hip Hop Atlanta), Pauly Dinero, Loe T, T.K Da Myth, So Swift, HB3 (Hot Boi), and more. Many of CaliBoiTip earlier recordings have been removed from circulation as they no reflect his ideology of how black men should be represented. CaliBoiTip now believes that the black on black violence being represented in the music today is perpetuating the glorification of black destruction, instead of amplifying black excellence, or reaching to teach black unity.. CaliBoiTip, in his biographic album "I" shares many messages that he feels are underrepresented in today's music and should be highlighted. These issues are: Domestic Violence, Murder, and Black On Black Violence.
If you haven't made The Album "I" one of your "go to" albums as a sign for change, than you might be falling asleep, and should try harder to STAY WOKE...
