Corey Terrell holds a Real Estate Practice, Principles & Legal aspects certification all in real estate. The last exam taken was failed by 9% and motivated Corey to take classes at RCC. As a Chico State attendee and student Corey Terrell was studying nursing and playing basketball. After dropping out sophomore year he continued his education until he found his passion.

Obtaining many internships and certifications in project management and much more he founded “Music & Medicine” magazine a company that is going to help him market himself as a realtor in the National association of Realtors(NAR) once he gets his license. Corey Terrell is expected to pass his examination with a 75% or higher once test prepped ready and the exam gets scheduled in 2024.

As a licensee he expects to develop the community with neighbors of hope now realty and inland records and be the best realtor doing residential and commercial sales for the real estate market.
