So today I did something that I never thought that I could do. I repaired a computer that couldn't start. I was always good at anti virus and spyware killing, but I never was able to fix a computer that couldn't start.
Back in my Limewire days, I downloaded a few boot discs and kept them on standby. My nigga Montana White's laptop had gotten so bad that it stopped loading all together. So I tried a few of those boot discs with no avail. I did little research on Google and found a program called WonderShare LiveBoot. I installed the program on my computer and burned out a boot disc. I popped the boot disc into Montana's computer and the program loaded. I had no idea what I was doing at first, but after about five minutes of clicking around on the easy setup, I was able to check the system and view the error list. It said that there was no OS system installed. I googled this problem and found this link:
No OS found on disk
I read the instructions and did exactly what it said. The only difference was that I was using the WonderShare LiveBoot instead of the one recommended on the page. And Presto! Montana's computer loaded right up. I amaze myself sometimes.
Anybody who has computer problems, drop me an email. I might be able to help.
