James Artissen - Blank Face

Grammy-Nominated Singer/Songwriter, and Producer James Artissen returns with a dark, emotionally gripping new release, "Blank Face," arriving on all streaming platforms July 24th. Blending haunting melodies, cinematic production, and raw vulnerability, the single captures the tension of hiding pain behind a disconnected expression. Driven by atmospheric production and emotionally intense storytelling, "Blank Face" explores emotional distance, deception, and the silent battles people conceal behind expressionless faces. The record delivers a moody, late-night soundscape that feels both intimate and cinematic.

"You Can't Hide The Feeling, I Can See It Through Your Blank Face."

With its dark visual aesthetic and emotionally layered concept, "Blank Face" positions James Artissen in a lane that merges alternative R&B, dark pop, and modern soul. The release is accompanied by striking visual branding centered around mystery, emotional concealment, and high-fashion noir-inspired imagery.
"Blank Face" follows James Artissen's growing momentum as an emerging creative voice known for emotionally driven music and visually compelling storytelling. The release is expected to connect with listeners who gravitate toward introspective music with a cinematic edge. This release will also serve as the lead single off James's upcoming album "Nevermind What U Said".
