Use These 5 Websites to Learn How to Trade Stocks

Tired of being an Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter drone?  Probably not.  And I know it's probably hard to believe, but one day you will.  And when you do, these sites will be waiting for you to teach you how to make money online instead of scrolling the random feeds.

1.  Finviz.com

I found this site when one of the psychopaths that I follow on Twitter recommended a stock and used this site as the proof that he could back up what he was talking about.  After clicking around for a little while, I realized that it's pretty legit and well organized.  It saves you a lot of time by not only giving you the top recent picks, but also gives you great signal buys like "Top gainer", "unusual volume", and "insider trading".  This is a great way for a noob to develop their own style of trading.

2.  Microcapsearch.com

This site, basically sums up the very purpose of this blog actually.  It gives you links to other great sites like seekingalpha.com, Yahoo Finance, and even the Sec all on one page, making your search process 50% easier.  The Bigcharts link is worth using this site alone.  This site damn near puts me out of a job.  Lucky for you, I have more resources than this.

3.  Claytrader

This guy is like a robot that trades stocks.  He gives away tons of free information every day and helps noobs learn technical analysis by dropping at least three videos a day on his Youtube page.  Although I haven't bought any of his products or joined his chatroom, I know that it's just a matter of time before i do.  He is by far one of the most trusted and dependable people that I get my stock information from.

4.  Barchart

This site is a lot like Finviz, but then again it's not.  It gives a lot of great information like Finviz, but it's definitely a different layout and style.  Lots of great traders use this site when they need to find a great pick.  I love both of these sites so much that sometimes I don't know which site to check first.

5.  InvestorsHub

Before all the professional traders throw me under the bus for even mentioning this site, I will admit that the only reason that I even mentioned this site was to tell you not to trust anything that comes from this site.  Would you believe everything that you heard on Facebook?  I hope not.  Well think of this site as the"Facebook" of stock trading sites.  When i was a noob, I joined this site and trusted everything that the traders were saying on the boards.  I eventually learned that most of these traders were trying to "pump" a stock because most of them were "bagholders".  If you don't understand what these concepts are, then this site is the perfect site to learn what it means.  I learned lots of trader slang as well as styles of how to trade, such as "support and resistance".  This site is a great site for noobs to develop a style of trading.  However, don't drink the kool-aid.

BONUS:  I have never used Dough.com, however I was recommended this site to learn how to trade options.

These are five basic sites that I use to study stocks.  I also follow lots of traders on Twitter and joined lots of trader groups on Facebook.
