16 year old girl was injured after being shot this morning in the Longwood Manor neighborhood on the South Side, police said.

The girl was shot in the right arm, the buttocks and the abdomen, said Pacheco.appened at 9:16 a.m. in an alley on the 9500 block of South Princeton Avenue, said Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Ana Pacheco.

The victim was taken in serious condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Pacheco said.
