Alkaline Ammunition Ray

1.  Drinking alkaline water is the best way to balance the body. 

2.  Drink this water at least 3 times per day.  Try to drink it at room temperature. Try to stand in direct sunlight while drinking it.  Hum to yourself as you drink it and three minutes after.

3.  Avoid sugar, meat, yeast, and flour products while on an alkaline diet. 

4.  Do not over alkaline.  Do not drink more than two gallons of water per day.

5.  Do not drink alcohol under any circumstances while on an alkaline diet.  The alcohol will go further into the bloodstream much quicker, causing you to get sick.
