1. When somebody chooses to say nothing due to fear. Usually fear of being corrected, made fun of, they feel they might not be right about the subject. So if they don't say anything, then nobody can hold them responsible for what was said.

 

2. This comes from one of the first gangsta rap records, which is called "Boyz N the Hood" by Eazy E, where he says "Don't quote me boy, cause I ain't said shit." He feels that he shouldn't be held responsible for what he says because he didn't "say shit." If you had said this to someone when that record had first came out, then you would have been the man at that moment.

 

3. Usually a Pisces and other water signs fall mutable to this jewel more so than the other signs.  Nobody wants to be misunderstood.
